Laura Romașcu is the Owner of FORTEXPERT CONSULT SRL and an Experienced Finance Professional holding FCCA, CECCAR and CAFR qualifications. Her career began in 2003 and spans more than two decades in audit, accounting, financial reporting and internal control.
She spent more than 15 years with Fidexpert Audit, now TGS Romania, where she held the role of Audit Manager, and later served as Audit Manager at KPMG Romania. Her experience also includes positions as Internal Auditor, Audit Partner and Head Accountant, providing a broad perspective on how financial information is prepared, controlled, audited and used in decision-making.
Every client relationship starts with a conversation about context, priorities and expectations. Information is reviewed carefully and conclusions are explained so that management can make informed decisions with a clear understanding of the relevant facts and limitations.
